I was skeptical but the science seemed reasonable: Preload lactate so your muscles produce less. Whatever. I'm a believer. Finished first bottle and reordered. Going with dosage on label: 1 cap per 50 lbs. body weight. These work so well for me that I hesitated about writing a review and there's no way I'm telling my riding buddies...
